Below, you'll find essential care tips and information about our repair services to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition.

Jewelry Care

General Care

To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your jewelry, follow these care guidelines:

  • Avoid exposure to moisture & chemicals – Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions, perfumes, or cleaning products.

  • Store properly – Keep each piece separately in a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

  • Handle with care – Precious metals and gemstones can be delicate. Avoid dropping or exposing jewelry to extreme temperatures.

Cleaning Your Jewelry

  • Wipe your jewelry after each wear using a soft, lint-free cloth.

  • For deeper cleaning, soak in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.

  • Diamonds & gemstones should be professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain their brilliance.

Caring for Specific Metals & Stones

  • Gold & Sterling SilverUse a specialized polishing cloth to restore shine. Store in anti-tarnish pouches when not in use.

  • GemstonesSome stones are porous and delicate. Keep them away from heat, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals.

  • PearlsWipe with a soft, damp cloth after wearing. Store them in a breathable pouch, avoiding airtight containers.
