Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We are a small, dedicated team, and we work hard to carefully package and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipment.

Note: During holidays, peak sales periods, or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Insurance

​​All shipped items are insured, so there’s no need to add additional coverage to your order.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund the order until it is back in our possession. If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the lost package.

 

If you realize you made a mistake, please contact talinesfinejlry@gmail.com as soon as possible—if the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, Taline’s Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the confirmation email.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, email talinesfinejlry@gmail.com before your package ships for a quote.
