What is your return policy?

  • We want you to absolutely love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Custom, personalized, engraved, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • At this time, we do not offer free return shipping.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please come into the store, or send your item along with your name, order number, and a brief note explaining the reason for return to:

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return. A credit will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

 

If the return was a gift, please email us at talinesfinejlry@gmail.com so we can explore alternative accommodations.

What if I want to exchange my item?

See something else you love even more? We’re happy to offer direct exchanges! Here’s how it works:

  2. Once we receive the item, we’ll process the exchange for the piece you love.
